Shipping policy

Production times may vary based on customization needs. Please allow up to 21 business days for the production of all items. Most items will be completed and ready for pickup or shipping prior to the quoted turn around time. However, if you need your item within 7-10 business days please email me to discuss a rush order. 

All rush orders must be approved prior to purchase or the item will be canceled and refunded. 

Shipping is via usps ground or UPS ground depending on the weight and size of the purchase. If you would like to ensure delivery via a specific currier please email me prior to completing your purchase. 

Once your item has left Three Magnolias, I no longer have any access to your order. I cannot control any disparities that may cause a delay or a loss with your order. Once your order has shipped you will need to contact the currier directly to discuss any questions or concerns.
